Light Roast: Perfect for cold brew. Light brown in color. Lower in bitterness, more acidity, and caffeine. Light in body with fruity and flavored notes. No oils visible on the surface of the bean.
 
Medium Roast: Rich brown color with no surface oil visible. Acidity medium, body medium. Well-rounded and rich caramel aroma. Smoother and sweet. Medium roast brings out the nutty, chocolaty flavor notes.
 
Medium Dark Roast: Dark brown color, thin coat of surface oils. Acidity medium, body medium heavy, flavor notes like bittersweet dark chocolate and dark roasted almonds.
 
Dark Roast: Dark brown, oil on surface. Acidity low, body heavy. Deep rich flavor with hints of earthy dark chocolate notes.
